At Cline Design visually imagining a place is an essential part of the design process and is recorded in the form of sketches and computer models. We have planners that are knowledgeable of architectural requirements and architects that are knowledgeable about planning requirements. Together they are constantly imagining the places and buildings. We visualize the place in 3-D, sketch and play with these 3-D ideas until we have a two- dimensional Master Plan.
VISIONING PROCESS

From multi-family and mixed-use to collegiate housing and hospitality, we create places where people want to be. MyLife aggregates publicly available information from government, social, and other sources, plus personal reviews written by others. This third-party data is then indexed through methods similar to those used by Google or Bing to create a listing.

We have adopted a multi-disciplined approach that is central to our practice. Our clients enjoy an added value through the integration of planning, architecture, landscape architecture, and interior design. The coordination between design specialties allows for seamless service in the various aspects of a project.
